Sleeping plays a very important role in our life. Recently I took a course about "Sleeping", learning about sleep scientifically and strategies to improve sleep. When your child has trouble with sleeping (falling into asleep, staying asleep, and/or waking up early), which may affect his/her behaviour and performance at school.
